End of Watch
K9 Officer Haas was shot and killed during a domestic disturbance in January of 2019. He was just 3 years old and had only been on the force for 2 years. Law enforcement departments from all over the northland and even Canada paid their respects. A retired Duluth Police department officer stood at the corner of Grand Avenue and 44th Avenue West and saluted for the entire time of the procession.
